ASTM NA Shortlisted for Georgia DOT SR 400 Tender

ASTM North America ("ANA"), a member of the ASTM Group, has been prequalified in the United States for the State Route (SR) 400 Express Lanes Project, an initiative launched by the Georgia Department of Transportation ("GDOT") for a P3 project under concession that  will provide  the design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance of the express lanes in exchange for future toll revenue.

The project focuses on adding two, buffer-separated express lanes in each direction between the MARTA North Springs Station and McGinnis Ferry Road. Additionally, one buffer-separated express lane is planned to be constructed in each direction from McGinnis Ferry Road to McFarland Parkway

ASTM was prequalified through a team led by ASTM North America (51%), and Shikun & Binui USA (49%), a Pittsburgh based subsidiary of an Israeli construction company.

Halmar International LLC, a member of the ASTM Group, will be the leader of the construction JV which also includes Shikun & Binui, the Spanish FCC, and Sinelec USA (ASTM Group) as a technological partner

The ASTM Group will implement its One Company approach, which provides for the use on the same project of different Group companies, each employed according to their skills and expertise.
