Umberto Tosoni
Mr. Umberto Tosoni is Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director of Società Iniziative Autostradali e Servizi S.p.A. since November 2018. He served as General Director of Società Iniziative Autostradali e Servizi S.p.A until 2018 and served as its General Manager since August 06, 2015. Mr. Tosoni was the Process Owner of EEMS S.p.A. from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Tosoni was an Assembly Engineer of EEMS S.p.A. from 2002 to 2003. He served as a Director of ASTM S.p.A.since October 25, 2017 until September 2018.
Stefano Viviano

In his past career Mr. Viviano was Senior Internal Auditor at Mediaset SpA and Auditor of KPMG SpA. He received an undergraduate degree from the University of Bocconi.
Alberto Pernigotti
Born on 22 April 1965, Alberto Pernigotti graduated with a degree in Business Economics from University of Pavia (Italy).
He is currently Financial Administrative Director of ASTM S.p.A. and CEO of SINA S.p.A.
Mr. Pernigotti also holds various administrative and financial positions in companies of the ASTM Group - including Itinera, Euroimpianti and Sinelec - and sits on the Boards of Directors of several of the Group’s subsidiaries.
He embarked on his career in 1991, working at the Milan office of KPMG.
